We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and personality. We'll provide the training and support to teach you the recruitment industry from the ground up.

You'll work alongside experienced recruitment professionals, learning how to source, qualify and manage candidates across the

Trades & Labour, Construction, Rail and M&E sectors.

Your Starting Role: Trainee Resourcer

As a Trainee Resourcer, you'll become a key part of our delivery team.

You'll learn how to identify candidates, build relationships with skilled operatives and support our Consultants in filling temporary vacancies.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Sourcing candidates for live temporary vacancies
  • Making outbound calls to potential candidates
  • Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media
  • Speaking with candidates and understanding their skills and experience
  • Registering new candidates
  • Carrying out initial candidate screening
  • Checking availability and suitability for roles
  • Assisting with compliance and right-to-work checks
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records
  • Building your own candidate database
  • Supporting Consultants with urgent labour requirements
  • Developing relationships with candidates and keeping them engaged
  • Learning the full recruitment process from registration through to placement
