TRIbuild Solutions is recruiting an experienced Sub Agent on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor delivering heavy civils and infrastructure upgrade works at Heathrow Airport. This role spans both airside and landside operations, offering an initial 6-9 month contract with strong potential for extension. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and delivery of works within their designated area, supporting the Project/Site Agent and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery across multiple subcontract packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of works across designated area, ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met
- Oversee and manage multiple subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and site standards
- Support planning, sequencing, and resourcing of works
- Liaise with client, design teams, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor progress against programme and report on any deviations
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements in an operational airport environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sub Agent on heavy civils/infrastructure projects
- Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors is essential
- Airside/airport project experience highly desirable
- Relevant degree or equivalent industry qualification
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS certification
- Airside pass/security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
