- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all site operations strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as Thames Water's specific site safety protocols.
- Technical Delivery: Interpreting complex engineering drawings and specifications to ensure the pipeline is installed in accordance with design requirements and quality standards.
- Progress Reporting: Monitoring daily progress against the construction programme, reporting on productivity, and identifying potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with local stakeholders, utility providers, and client representatives to ensure minimal disruption and effective communication throughout the works.
- Resource Management: Coordinating the delivery and allocation of materials, plant, and equipment to ensure the site is fully resourced at all times.
