TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing costs and contractual matters across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account
- Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change management
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and reporting
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts
- Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
- Support commercial strategy and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management processes
- Experience on major projects or regulated environments
- Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
