I am recruiting for a QA Manager to support the construction of a new £75 million data centre in North West London. This is a permanent role with a contractor delivering a major ground up build, and they are looking for someone who can take full ownership of all quality activities on site.

The successful candidate will be central to driving quality standards across the full build programme, bringing teams together in a fast paced construction environment and managing relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teams. You will oversee all QA processes from early works through to commissioning and final handover.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead all site based quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate daily with project delivery teams, subcontractors & the client.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with quality standards across the full construction cycle.
  • Manage ITPs, inspections, quality documentation and full handover packs.
  • Support right first time delivery.
  • Raise, track and close out NCRs and quality actions.
  • Communicate clearly with senior management and the client on quality progress.
