Tribuild Solutions are recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-profile commercial office fit-out, CAT A refurbishment, and Cut & Carve projects across London.

Reporting to the Group Head of Health & Safety, you will play a key role in driving health, safety, and compliance standards across multiple live projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure best practice is maintained throughout project delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Health & Safety Manager position within the construction industry.
  • Strong background working for a main contractor delivering commercial office fit-out, refurbishment, or Cut & Carve schemes.
  • Excellent knowledge of current health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant health & safety qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent preferred).
