TRIbuild Solutions is seeking a Freelance Induction & Access Coordinator to support the client’s Security Team on a large, fast-paced construction project. Reporting to the Induction & Access Lead, you’ll be the primary point of contact for all induction and access control queries, supporting multiple site compounds and offices. You’ll manage the induction process end-to-end, oversee workforce management and access control systems, verify competencies and documentation, and liaise daily with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors. This is a fully site-based freelance role, ideal for someone who is organised, approachable, and confident working with systems in a busy construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing project access control and inductions
- Verifying competencies, documentation, and vetting clearances
- Maintaining workforce management and induction systems
- Supporting supply chain onboarding and procurement approvals
- Monitoring expired documentation and system compliance
- Supporting Health, Safety & Security initiatives, including Love for Life
About you
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a systems coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of competency management systems
- Good understanding of data protection and GDPR
- Major construction or infrastructure experience desirable
