We are working with a leading Tier 1 fit out contractor based in London who are looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-end commercial fit out projects across London.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all health & safety aspects across multiple fit out projects
- Ensure full compliance with current HSE legislation and company policies
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Provide guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors
- Deliver toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager within the fit out or construction sector
- Previous experience working with a Tier 1 contractor is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
- NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
