TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Temporary Works Engineer / Designer to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This role will focus on the design, coordination, and implementation of temporary works across complex civils packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review temporary works solutions (e.g. formwork, falsework, shoring, access systems)
- Prepare and check calculations, drawings and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with BS5975 and temporary works procedures
- Coordinate with site teams, designers and subcontractors
- Support risk assessments and method statements
Requirements:
- Experience in temporary works design within civils or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of BS5975
- Background in RC structures, heavy civils or infrastructure
- Degree qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- Ideally Chartered or working towards
