Overview

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a well-established property and construction business.

This role is perfect for someone who\’s highly organised, proactive, and enjoys keeping projects on track – working closely with site teams, clients, and residents to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day contract administration and coordination between teams
  • Maintain trackers, records, and reports to monitor project progress
  • Liaise with agents and suppliers to arrange property access and deliveries
  • Prepare estimates and assist with monthly reporting
  • Act as a key point of contact for client and resident queries

What We\\\’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years\\\’ experience in an office-based admin role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and managing documentation
  • A team player who\\\’s comfortable working with multiple stakeholders

Experience within property, construction, or procurement admin is a bonus.
