Overview
TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a well-established property and construction business.
This role is perfect for someone who\βs highly organised, proactive, and enjoys keeping projects on track β working closely with site teams, clients, and residents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day contract administration and coordination between teams
- Maintain trackers, records, and reports to monitor project progress
- Liaise with agents and suppliers to arrange property access and deliveries
- Prepare estimates and assist with monthly reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for client and resident queries
What We\\\βre Looking For
- Minimum 2 years\\\β experience in an office-based admin role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and managing documentation
- A team player who\\\βs comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Experience within property, construction, or procurement admin is a bonus.
