Tribuild is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the team on an £8m landlord CAT A project in Holborn. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong individual with experience delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in Central London.
The role will include:
- Taking commercial responsibility for the project
- Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
- Cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Managing variations and change control
- Working closely with the project and construction teams
- Maintaining strong client and supply-chain relationships
- Driving commercial performance through to final account
We're looking for someone with a strong main contractor or fit-out background and demonstrable experience managing projects of a similar scale.
