TRIbuild are recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor for experienced Site Agents to support projects in Essex. We’re particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience in reservoir construction or water-related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and lead on-site delivery teams
- Manage labour, plant, and materials to ensure smooth site activity
- Prepare and implement RAMS ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track
- Monitor progress and report back to the Project Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in a Site Agent or Site Manager role within civil engineering
- Proven background working on reservoir or water infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with RAMS
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
