TRIbuild are recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor for experienced Site Agents to support projects in Essex. We’re particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience in reservoir construction or water-related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations and lead on-site delivery teams
  • Manage labour, plant, and materials to ensure smooth site activity
  • Prepare and implement RAMS ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track
  • Monitor progress and report back to the Project Manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience in a Site Agent or Site Manager role within civil engineering
  • Proven background working on reservoir or water infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with RAMS
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
