In this role as Senior Estimator, you’ll take ownership of developing and delivering accurate, high-quality tender submissions for civil engineering projects. You’ll provide guidance and support to junior estimators, helping to build a strong and capable team.
You’ll play a strategic role in reviewing tender documentation to uncover potential risks and opportunities, formulating smart, practical solutions to address them. Working alongside internal teams such as planning, bid management, and operations, you’ll shape the approach to delivery and ensure costs are clearly defined and aligned with project goals.
Once a project is secured, you’ll continue to work closely with delivery teams, offering estimating expertise and maintaining strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners to drive cost-effective, competitive outcomes.
Experience in civil engineering and water sector projects with a track record of working on tenders up to £50m with knowledge of wastewater, rail, or tunnelling projects.
