Role overview

I am supporting a Tier One infrastructure contractor delivering a major long‑term nuclear civil programme in Cumbria. This programme involves complex civil engineering works, heavy infrastructure packages and integrated delivery across a multi‑partner environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain programme level and work package schedules, updates and reporting.
• Provide clear progress reporting, look‑ahead planning and variance analysis.
• Support change control, baseline management and governance reporting.
• Work with delivery, engineering & commercial teams to ensure accurate status and forecasts.
• Drive consistency across controls processes, templates and reporting cadence.
• Support key project reviews and ensure actions are captured, tracked and closed out.

What we are looking for

• Strong project controls experience on major civils or infrastructure programmes.
• Confident producing schedule updates, progress narratives and performance insights.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across delivery, engineering and commercial.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to governance and reporting.
• Experience in regulated environments is beneficial.
