TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting an Engineering Manager to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a senior role overseeing engineering delivery across complex civils packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams across multiple work packages
- Manage design coordination, technical assurance and delivery
- Review and approve engineering documentation and methodologies
- Interface with design, construction and commercial teams
- Ensure compliance with programme, quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer on major infrastructure projects
- Strong civils background (RC structures, drainage, heavy civils)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with NEC contracts and regulated environments
- Degree qualified (or equivalent)
