What you\’ll do:

Learn the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships
Speak with clients to understand their hiring needs
Proactively source, interview, and match candidates to suitable roles
Build and manage your own network of clients and candidates
Achieve targets and earn uncapped commission on successful placementsWhat we\’re looking for:

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales, customer service, or telesales experience is a bonus – but not essential
