RESOURCER - BLUE COLLAR TEMP Recruitment TRIbuild Solutions | Liverpool Street, London Build Your Career in Trades & Labour Recruitment TRIbuild Solutions is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Resourcer to join our growing Blue Collar Temp Staffing division in our Liverpool Street, London office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience within Trades & Labour, Construction, Rail, M&E or another blue-collar recruitment environment who is looking for their next challenge and wants to develop their career within a growing business. You'll be joining an ambitious and supportive team, working closely with Consultants and Account Managers to deliver high-quality temporary labour to projects across London and the wider UK. The Role As an experienced Resourcer, you'll play a key role in identifying, attracting and managing a strong pool of temporary workers. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing candidates for live Trades & Labour, Construction, Rail and M&E vacancies Using job boards, databases, social media and direct telephone calls to identify suitable operatives Building and maintaining a strong candidate network Registering and screening candidates Completing compliance and right-to-work checks Checking candidate availability and booking workers onto assignments Matching operatives to suitable vacancies Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout their assignments Working closely with Consultants to fulfil urgent and planned labour requirements Managing candidate databases and ensuring records are kept up to date Helping to grow the temporary workforce and improve fill rates Providing excellent candidate service and building long-term relationships What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who already understands the fast-paced nature of temporary blue-collar recruitment. Ideally, you'll have: Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer within Trades & Labour, Construction, Rail, M&E or similar Experience supplying temporary workers A strong understanding of candidate sourcing and registration Excellent telephone and communication skills The ability to build relationships quickly Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies A proactive and resilient attitude A genuine desire to progress within recruitment The Ideal Candidate You'll be commercially aware, competitive and motivated by results.
