Tribuild is recruiting a Technical Services Manager for a £20m retrofit project in Reading. You'll be responsible for managing the building services elements of the project, coordinating MEP design, specialist subcontractors, installation, commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider construction and design teams to ensure services are fully coordinated and delivered in line with programme and quality requirements.

We're looking for candidates with strong MEP knowledge and previous experience delivering commercial refurbishment, retrofit or fit-out projects.

Salary: £75k-£90k, dependent on experience.
