Tribuild are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager for a £6.1m commercial fit-out project based in High Holborn.
Project details:
- Commercial office fit out
- Scope includes reception fit-out, WC areas, washrooms, and façade works
- 38-week program
- Live project - replacing the current Project Manager who is moving onto another site
Day rate:
£350 - £400 per day, depending on experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects
- Strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to take over a live site and drive the project through to completion
