TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client for a Logistics Assistant to join their team in Bristol (BS3) on a temporary contract of approximately 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to support a key operational site. The successful candidate will play a vital role in logistics coordination, stock control, and depot safety, while also showing flexibility to travel to other regional depots when required (transport provided if working away from the main site).
Key Responsibilities- Stock management and issuing, including raising potential risks with operations.
- Weekly/monthly stocktakes (including 3rd-party stock).
- Working with the Plant & Fleet team on compliance and auditing tasks.
- General depot duties, including immediate response to safety-related tasks and maintaining site standards.
- Supporting across regional depots as required by the business.
- Operating independently when needed - including occasional standalone shifts.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Overtime and occasional out-of-hours work as required by the business.
- Knowledge: General Health & Safety awareness
- Skills: Strong communicator, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook
- Behaviours: Organised, reliable, self-driven, and customer-focused
- Qualifications: Full UK driving licence, Forklift licence
- Experience: Previous logistics, warehousing, or stores experience
