A Tier 1 contractor is seeking an Industrial Relations Manager to support a long term nuclear infrastructure project in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing delivery team on a complex and high profile programme.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on industrial relations matters across the project
- Act as the main point of contact for workforce engagement and labour relations
- Support site management teams with grievance resolution and dispute avoidance
- Advise on employment practices, compliance and workforce policies
- Build strong working relationships with operatives, project teams and external stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting on workforce trends and IR activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial relations within construction or major infrastructure
- Strong understanding of workforce relations and dispute resolution
- Confident communicator able to influence and advise across multiple teams
- Ability to build trust and provide clear, practical guidance
- Ability to obtain security clearance or already hold clearance
