TRIbuild Solutions are looking for a Fire & Security Estimator for a growing Electrical Contractor that specialise in rail/infrastructure/commercial projects. This will be working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, and the wider delivery team to produce accurate, commercially sound estimates for fire detection, access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and life safety systems across a wide range of commercial and industrial projects. This will be leading the pricing on security and life safety projects.
Experience
- Strong understanding of fire & security systems (BS 5839, BS EN 62676 etc.)
- Experience in estimating, quoting, or designing similar projects
- Ability to read technical specs and drawings
- Confidence to work with clients and suppliers to shape value-engineered solutions
- A proactive mindset and commercial awareness
