We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established subcontractor specialising in RC Frame, Cut & Carve, Demolition and enabling works. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects across London and the surrounding areas, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with a motivated and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the concrete frame, demolition or wider construction sector and will be confident managing costs, subcontractor accounts, valuations and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account
  • Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports
  • Subcontractor procurement and account management
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial success
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction
  • RC Frame, Demolition or enabling works experience preferred
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
