We are currently recruiting for an Estimator on behalf of a leading subcontractor specialising in RC Frame, Cut & Carve, Demolition and enabling works. With a strong reputation in the market and a growing workload, they are looking to add an experienced Estimator to their pre-construction team based in Luton.
The successful candidate will have experience pricing construction packages and producing competitive tenders within the RC Frame, demolition or wider subcontracting sector.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
- Conducting site visits where required
- Supporting the pre-construction team throughout the tender process
- Previous estimating experience within construction
- RC Frame, Demolition or enabling works experience preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
