We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the commercial team in the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with subcontractor procurement and package management
  • Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitoring project costs and reporting against budgets
  • Assisting with cost forecasting and cash flow management
  • Reviewing subcontractor applications and payments
  • Supporting the commercial management team with contract administration
  • Building relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
