About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Bracknell, Reading, Berkshire. The successful candidate will support day-to-day site operations, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with general labouring duties on site.
  • Loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment.
  • Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
  • Supporting tradespeople with a variety of tasks as required.
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Carrying out manual handling and other physical duties.
  • Completing additional duties as directed by the site supervisor.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a labouring or construction environment.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual work.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Experience working on construction sites.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
