About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Bracknell, Reading, Berkshire. The successful candidate will support day-to-day site operations, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with general labouring duties on site.
- Loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment.
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
- Supporting tradespeople with a variety of tasks as required.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Carrying out manual handling and other physical duties.
- Completing additional duties as directed by the site supervisor.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring or construction environment.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual work.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Valid CSCS card.
- Experience working on construction sites.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
