Job Title: Site Engineer - Civils / Structures / Water (Freelance) Location: Selborne, Hampshire Contract Type: Freelance, IR35 determination TBC Duration: Until April 2027 (6 months) - with possible extension Pay rate: £350-£425 (IR35 determination TBC) Job Description: TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting an experienced Site Engineer for a civils-focused role on a water/stage treatment site in Selborne, Hampshire. The scope of works is predominantly trenching, gullies, pits and the construction of small reinforced concrete (RC) structures. This is a freelance opportunity running until April 2027, offering long-term stability on a live civils scheme. Key Responsibilities: Setting out and level control for trenching and drainage works Overseeing installation of small RC structures, including formwork, reinforcement checks, and pours Ensuring works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications Liaising with the site team on progress, quality, and health & safety compliance Maintaining accurate site records, as-built information, and quality documentationRequirements: Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civils/utilities schemes Strong setting-out and surveying skills (Leica Total station and GPS) Experience with trenching, RC structures, and general groundworks Relevant CSCS card Full UK driving licenceHow to Apply: Please send your CV to Leon at TRIbuild Solutions for immediate consideration
