Tribu Search are delighted to be recruiting for a Real Estate Analyst for a leading UK developer with a focus on the living sector. Based in Central London, the company has a strong track record of delivering high quality, market leading developments across the UK. As a result of impressive growth and a significant development pipeline, they now require additional resources to assist in the next phase of their expansion.
The Analyst will support multiple teams across the business, including Portfolio Management, Investments, Asset Management and Capital, providing analytical and financial modelling support across the company’s real estate platform. Working closely with senior members of the business, the Analyst will play a key role in delivering asset-level and portfolio-level analysis, maintaining financial models, supporting investment underwriting and assisting with business planning and performance monitoring across the platform.
This is a hands-on, analytical role within a growing team, offering broad exposure across acquisitions, asset management, portfolio strategy, capital planning and investor reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high quality financial analysis and modelling to support internal decision-making across a range of real estate activities.
Qualifications- 2-5 years’ experience in real estate investment, asset management or advisory
- Strong experience in financial modelling and analysis (Excel essential)
- Exposure to asset level underwriting, portfolio analysis, or investment reporting
- Familiarity with institutional real estate environments (private equity, asset manager)
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
- Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple teams within a fast-paced environment
