Tribu Search are delighted to be recruiting for a Financial Investment Analyst for a leading UK developer with a focus on the living sector. Based in Central London, the company has a strong track record of delivering high quality, market leading developments across the UK.
As a result of impressive growth and a significant development pipeline, they now require additional resources to assist in the next phase of their expansion.
You will be responsible for the timely production of accurate financial modelling and investment analysis of investment opportunities predominantly across the living sector. You will provide support in the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities and the preparation of investment proposals, including research on the relevant markets.
You will be outstanding academically and interpersonally, with 1-2 years experience gained in a real estate principal investment, investment banking or advisory or a newly qualified ACA with commercial experience outside of practice. You will have advanced financial modelling and property valuation / underwriting skills.
