TRIBU Search has been retained by a highly regarded institutional real estate investment and development business to appoint an Investment Director. Operating at the forefront of the UK’s Living sector with in excess of £1.5 billion of institutional-quality assets, the business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering residential investment platforms and is entering an exciting new chapter focused on capital deployment, growth and long-term value creation.

This is a broad leadership opportunity, working closely with an experienced executive team and taking a leading role across acquisitions, capital strategy, investor engagement and transaction execution. Whilst the role is titled Investment Director, the successful individual will have the opportunity to influence the wider strategic direction of the business and play a key role in shaping its continued evolution.
