We are supporting a high-growth, investor-backed business as it builds out its commercial finance capability ahead of a significant operational scaling phase. This is an opportunity to join at a formative stage — working directly with an experienced FP&A Dir and Manager to shape how financial insight is delivered across a complex, multi-revenue environment. The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, building models, and turning data into clear, actionable insight.

The Role

  • Building and maintaining financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Supporting budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning cycles
  • Delivering monthly variance analysis, identifying key drivers and trends
  • Translating financial data into clear insight for non-finance stakeholders
  • Supporting the production of management information and investor reporting
  • Working closely with operational teams to understand performance drivers across multiple revenue streams

This is a hands-on role in a fast-evolving environment, offering strong exposure to both senior stakeholders and real commercial decision-making.

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • 1-3 years’ experience within FP&A, financial planning, or management accounting
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Experience delivering variance analysis and performance insight
  • Comfortable working with and influencing non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to multi-site or operationally complex businesses (hospitality, leisure, retail, or similar)
  • Experience within high-growth or investor-backed environments
  • Familiarity with business case development or investment analysis
