An established engineering team has been working on the project for the past five months, and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining delivery momentum, ensuring best practices, and enabling team productivity.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
- Drive execution of the CRM development roadmap, balancing speed of delivery with code quality and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and manage priorities.
- Oversee technical decision-making, ensuring scalable and robust solutions in the existing PHP, Filament, and Flutter stack.
- Implement agile practices, foster a collaborative team culture, and ensure effective communication across distributed teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery of milestones while proactively identifying and resolving risks.
- Act as a bridge between engineering and business stakeholders, providing visibility into progress and challenges.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or B2B platform environments.
- Hands-on technical background with PHP and modern frameworks; knowledge of Flutter and Filament is a plus.
- Strong track record of leading and scaling remote engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly embed into an existing project, building trust with the team and maintaining delivery pace.
