Tribes Travel, an award-winning Specialist Tour Operator with over 27 years of experience, is looking for a Latin America expert to join our wonderful team.

Job Role

• Selling and booking tailor‑made holidays to Latin America.
• Offering unparalleled levels of customer service.
• Engaging with customers, qualifying their needs and creating bespoke itineraries.
• Working to KPIs and achieving sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Live and breathe Latin America travel; Costa Rica knowledge is a big advantage.
• Solid track record of selling travel in the UK.
• Driven and extremely passionate about all things travel.
• Exceptional customer service skills – building relationships and wowing people is a minimum requirement.
• Highly organised, adaptable to changing demands.
• Works well under pressure in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Excellent communicator.
• Loves exceeding targets.
