Tribera is a fast-growing real-estate platform built for modern living, strong partnerships, and long-term scale. As Corporate Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how the business presents itself to investors, partners, future employees, and the wider industry, while strengthening the internal communications that keep our organisation aligned as we grow. Distinct from customer and property marketing, this role owns the corporate layer of Tribera: our narrative, professionalism, and market presence. This position is ideal for a high‑potential marketer ready to step into a broader role with real exposure, responsibility, and room to develop.

What You’ll Own

  • Corporate Identity & Materials: Create and maintain company presentations, investor decks, conference collateral, corporate templates, and branded materials. Ensure consistency and polish across every corporate touchpoint. Help Tribera show up as the credible, ambitious platform we are building.
  • Internal Communications: Partner with People & Culture to elevate employee-facing communication. Shape messaging across job descriptions, SOPs, onboarding materials, and the employee handbook. Support internal announcements with clarity and professionalism.
  • Corporate Content & Digital Presence: Support the development of corporate blogs, insight pieces, and leadership content. Manage and grow Tribera’s LinkedIn presence to attract talent, partners, and investment interest. Capture and communicate key milestones across the business.
  • Investment & Growth Storytelling: Assist in articulating Tribera’s growth story through high-quality marketing materials. Support leadership with partner and investor-facing content.
  • Industry Presence & Awards: Own the coordination of industry award submissions. Identifying opportunities, crafting entries, and amplifying recognition. Support corporate visibility at conferences and key sector events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between corporate positioning and property-level marketing. Maintain a clear distinction between corporate reputation and customer campaigns.

Who You Are

  • Likely 3–5 years into your marketing career, ready for a role with greater ownership.
  • An exceptionally strong writer with sharp attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and naturally proactive.
  • Commercially aware with a professional mindset.
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Sector experience is helpful, but ambition, judgement, and attitude matter more.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary aligned with experience, alongside a benefits package designed to support your growth as Tribera scales.

Why Join Tribera?
