Window and Door Fabricator – Immediate Start
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire, GU12 4QN
Salary: £24,000 – £34,000 per annum + profit-sharing scheme
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you experienced in manufacturing or looking to build your skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment?
We are now recruiting for a Window and Door Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for the precise fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows and doors. From cutting and routing to assembling and quality-checking, you’ll play a vital part in creating high-quality products our customers can rely on!
In addition to this, as our Window and Door Fabricator you will be responsible for:
• Fabricating and assembling aluminium windows and doors using hand and power tools.
• Operating machinery and fabrication equipment.
• Following safety and quality standards and procedures.
• Checking and measuring work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings experience and energy to the role, or someone who’s eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade.
You’ll ideally have:
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Great attention to detail and a proactive approach
• A positive attitude and team spirit
