This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in everything from goods-in and dispatch to stock control, forklift operation, production support and maintaining a safe, organised workplace. What You'll Be Doing Preparing products, pallets and finished goods for dispatch Receiving and checking incoming deliveries Picking and preparing materials for production Carrying out stock checks and inventory movements Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently Operating a forklift truck (training may be available) Supporting production activities, including material preparation Assisting with quality checks and identifying defective products Maintaining accurate records of stock, dispatches and production items Helping keep the factory, warehouse and surrounding areas clean, safe and organised Working closely with colleagues across production and office teams What We're Looking For Experience in a warehouse, production, factory or manufacturing environment A practical, hands-on approach to work Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills Ability to carry out manual handling tasks Understanding of health and safety procedures Forklift licence desirable but not essential Apply Today If you're looking for a stable, long-term role where you can make a real contribution to a busy manufacturing operation, we'd love to hear from you.
