About the Role
We are recruiting a Repair Quality Specialist to provide high-level technical support for Volkswagen Group’s Authorised Repairer Workshops.
You’ll work as part of their Technical Support Team, helping to triage and resolve complex repair cases, especially in high-volume areas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing expert remote guidance to the Retailer network to help identify and resolve technical product issues.
• Supporting technicians and existing technical support teams using VW Group’s communication platforms.
• Using your workshop experience to identify patterns, reduce inbound contact volume, and improve case resolution quality.
• Championing process-driven solutions and quality standards across all contact points.
• Promoting DEKRA Automotive’s values in quality and environmental management.
About You:
This role is ideal for an experienced technician or master technician looking for a new challenge in a high-impact support role.
You will have:
• Strong diagnostic skills, especially with electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Broad repair experience and the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
• Volkswagen Group Accredited Qualification (or higher) – highly desirable.
• Experience using Volkswagen Group Aftersales systems (ELSA & ODIS) – an advantage.
• Confidence in resolving technical concerns and warranty-related queries.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and MS Office skills.
• A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
