Production Operative
Location: Killyhevlin Industrial Estate, Enniskillen, BT74 4EJ
Salary: £12.60 per hour + 20% shift allowance (£15.12 per hour total)
Shift Pattern: 7 shifts over 14 days (rotating day and night shifts)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

As we expand with new projects and increased sales, we’re now looking for Production Operatives to join our growing team.
About the Production Operative Role:
You’ll be part of a highly automated production environment, supporting operations across the facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading, setting, and operating production machinery
- Preparing and distributing inks to presses on time
- Identifying safety, quality, and efficiency improvements
- Following instructions from the Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Good verbal and written understanding of English
- Able to work independently and use your initiative
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern (days and nights)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.12 (inclusive of shift allowance)
- Clear shift pattern offering a healthy work-life balance (7 shifts in 14 days)
- Modern, automated facility with full training provided
