Do you love creating beautiful gardens? Are you a skilled landscaper who also enjoys leading and motivating a team?
Ready for a rare opportunity? The Garden Design Co. is looking for a Landscaping Team Leader to join one of the leading garden design and landscaping teams in Leicestershire and surrounding counties.
You’ll be part of a fantastic team of skilled, committed people who take pride in transforming gardens and delivering outstanding results.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll bring a strong set of hard landscaping skills to the table from groundworks, laying patios, and brickwork, to timber structures, fencing, steps, and changes in levels.
You might be doing a similar role for another company and want the next challenge. Or, maybe you run your own business and want the security of working for an established company (and can drop all the other distractions you get being self-employed!).
Equally important is your ability to lead. We’re looking for someone with a positive, hands-on approach who’s confident working alongside the team while motivating, directing, and mentoring them to deliver their best.
The role:
As a Landscaping Team Leader, you’ll be managing and getting involved in all aspects of transforming our customers’ gardens from interpreting plans and organising the build, through to ensuring the final finish meets our high standards. You’ll work closely with the office team and your customers, making sure each project runs smoothly and on time.
• A fantastic opportunity for career growth, with structured training and leadership development.
• Branded uniform, all tools and a company van provided.
• A friendly, ambitious business that genuinely values its people.
At The Garden Design Co. we have been designing and building award-winning gardens for over 10 years. We’re proud of our reputation, our team, and the amazing feedback we receive from our customers.
