  • At least one weekend off every four weeks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts including community supports, day, evening and sleepover shifts (rotas are built around the people we support)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude toward learning and development
  • Basic IT skills
  • A commitment to person‑centred care and inclusion
  • Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems creatively
  • Must be 18+ (for insurance purposes)
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.

This role involves regulated work with adults and requires PVG Scheme membership. This post is open to female applicants only, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
