Join the Hayley 24/7 Team! Hayley 24/7 Engineering is a fast-growing provider of rapid and effective mechanical engineering solutions across all industry sectors. As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for a proactive and reliable Labourer / Workshop Assistant to support our busy team in Dudley. This role is ideal for someone hands‑on, eager to learn, and looking for genuine progression opportunities within a fast‑paced engineering environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assisting engineers across all departments
- Supporting occasional on‑site jobs
- Completing paperwork as required
- Providing friendly and helpful customer support
- Packing and palletising goods ready for transport
- General housekeeping and maintaining a clean workshop/yard
- Carrying out vehicle checks and basic maintenance
- Loading bay ownership and responsibility for goods‑in/goods‑out
- Jet washing and cleaning jobs as needed
- Following company processes and procedures
- Working to QS9000, ISO14001 & 18001 standards

What We’re Looking For
- Forklift trained (or willingness to train)
- Overhead crane trained (or willingness to train)
- Customer‑focused attitude

- Knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety & Environmental standards
- A natural team player
- GCSE or equivalent
