We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to drive the global marketing direction for the Polatis Business Unit. Sitting at the intersection of Product Management, Sales, and Business Development, you will shape how Polatis is positioned in the market, ensure our value propositions stand out, and create content and campaigns that drive commercial success. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical marketing experience and a passion for turning complex technology into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging.
As our Product Marketing Specialist you will:
- Develop and manage the annual Polatis marketing communication plan and budget.
- Execute the right global marketing mix to support commercial goals.
- Create and maintain high-quality product and sales collateral across all channels.
- Manage the central library of technical and promotional materials.
- Refine product positioning and value propositions with Product Management, Sales and Business Development.
- Manage and update the Polatis website and support the transition to hubersuhner.com.
- Plan, write and schedule social media content for LinkedIn and X in line with branding standards.
- Drive consistent digital engagement to strengthen internal and external brand presence.
- Plan and deliver global product launches, trade shows, conferences and virtual events.
- Ensure all communications comply with HUBER+SUHNER branding and design guidelines.
- Report monthly on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Manage the technical author, including briefs, workload prioritisation and quality review.
- Coordinate collaboration between the technical author, engineering and product teams.
Essential Requirements – Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
- 3 – 8 years of experience in technical marketing or a closely related field.
- University degree in Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong global outlook and the ability to work across international markets.
- Solid understanding of Product Management principles and market dynamics.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling messaging.
- Strong social and interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate across Product, Sales, BD and Engineering teams.
- Motivated, self-driven, highly organised and comfortable working within a small, flexible team environment.
