Autism Partnership London is recruiting for an ABA Behavioural Specialist.
Location: Islington, London
Salary: £14.80+ per hour (London Living Wage)
Contract: Full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week (8:30am–6:30pm, Monday–Friday)
Position Available: Immediately
Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA, evidence-based curriculum, and implement individualized intervention plans to pupils via 1-1 and small group therapy sessions.
- Work with a variety of pupils each day across the Ofsted Registered Therapy Centre, home settings, schools, and nurseries in London.
- Collaborate with a team of therapists and contribute to continuous professional development.
Full and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduates in psychology, behavioural/social sciences, ABA, education, or childcare.
- Undergraduate or higher degree in a relevant field.
- Level 3 NVQ in Early Years Childhood Education/childcare or equivalent/higher.
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Clear, up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Able to build good relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Self‑motivated, excellent team player, creative, positive individual, and role model to pupils.
Preferred experience includes:
- Demonstrated skills in ABA application and client-focused interventions.
- Experience working with children with autism.
- Experience in school or community-based settings.
