Role and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of construction estimates and completion of tender adjudication
  • Developing and maintaining our reputation with our existing client base and procurement of new clients
  • Ensuring quality and timeliness of service delivery to our clients
  • Provide effective administration of post contract accounts, valuations and internal job costings
  • Review contracts and commercial work with the project team to ensure mutually beneficial terms
  • Ensure professional communication with client\’s representatives, subcontractors and design teams in respect of financial applications
  • Possess a sound knowledge od construction and the QS/Estimator role
  • Have a practical knowledge in risk assessment
