Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation of construction estimates and completion of tender adjudication
- Developing and maintaining our reputation with our existing client base and procurement of new clients
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of service delivery to our clients
- Provide effective administration of post contract accounts, valuations and internal job costings
- Review contracts and commercial work with the project team to ensure mutually beneficial terms
- Ensure professional communication with client\’s representatives, subcontractors and design teams in respect of financial applications
- Possess a sound knowledge od construction and the QS/Estimator role
- Have a practical knowledge in risk assessment
