We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist Supervisor to become part of our TRIBE community as we continue to make waves in London. Our first TRIBE hotel launched in summer 2022, and we’re redefining what hospitality looks like for a new generation of travellers. TRIBE’s unapologetically modern design, where mainstream style meets bold, bespoke pieces. We create spaces that are vibrant, functional, and fun delivering a high-end experience at a fair price. “Everything you need, nothing you don’t”. Your attitude will help shape the TRIBE experience, defined by authenticity and an obsession with making life seamless and stress-free for our guests. You’ll play a key role in creating moments that feel effortless yet unforgettable.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
- Deal with the arrival and departure processes for all guests, ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to.
- Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach the front desk team.
- Deal with in-house guests’ requests, recording all feedback as per our standard operating procedures.
- Cross check all billing instructions are correctly updated.
- Ensure all guests are quoted the correct rate as per the selling strategy and website.
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Ensure Accor All members are recognised and points added to their accounts.
- Report any maintenance issues to the correct department and check to ensure the work has been completed.
- Ensure the integrity of the public area and back of house areas are always maintained, with deficiencies corrected immediately.
- Collaborate with all other teams in the hotel, and all outsourced business partners to ensure the utmost satisfaction for our guests.
- Takes responsibility in the absence of the Guest Service Manager/ AFOM.
- Ensure the Reception desk is clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
- You will be a member of the hotel’s crisis and fire teams.
