Who are we looking for?
Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making technology work? Are you curious, calm under pressure, and excited by fast-growing global environments? We’re looking for a talented IT Technician who will support our teams across Europe and beyond!
About the role
In December 2025, ROI Hunter joined forces with Pattern, a US-based global ecommerce accelerator. This is the first shared role between our two companies, created to support all our teams across Brno, London, and Wrocław, while being based in our Brno office. As an IT Technician, you’ll help keep our teams productive, supported, and confident in their tools as both organizations continue to scale globally. Your role will combine hands-on IT support with exposure to projects and infrastructure changes, including server migrations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting internal users via tickets, chat, email, and calls
- Setting up new starters with hardware, accounts, and access
- Managing user accounts and permissions securely
- Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, peripherals, networking, and software
- Supporting Windows, macOS, and Google Workspace environments
- Helping with asset management and hardware lifecycle
- Participating in IT projects (e.g., server → cloud migrations)
- Collaborating daily with a global IT team across time zones
About you
We’ll be a great match if:
- You love to learn and take ownership independently
- You have 2–4 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk / internal IT
- You’re comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS
- You understand IT basics like Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, and access management
- You can explain technical issues in a calm, human way
- You will be reporting to a native speaker using English on a daily basis
- You’re proactive, empathetic, and not afraid to ask questions
- You enjoy variety and don’t mind things changing as we grow
- You are a fluent speaker of the English language (B2) and you enjoy speaking English.
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Workday, Asana, Okta, JumpCloud, Zoom
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / GCP)
- IT certifications (CompTIA or similar)
What it’s like to work with the team
What makes this role unique is that you will be supporting both ROI Hunter and Pattern, experiencing the best of both worlds! You will use English on a daily basis and have a chance to visit our other offices within Europe! You will be based in our ROI Hunter Brno office, surrounded by people who value openness, trust, and human connection. We have an environment where you are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and take ownership without micromanagement.
At the same time you will be a part of the Pattern worldwide technical team reporting to Mike who values analytical thinking, empathy and initiative to help and learn. You will be in touch with Mike and the rest of the team daily via Slack and weekly/biweekly at team meetings and your 121s. Even though we have teams in multiple time zones you will work standard hours.
Pattern’s culture is built around a few core principles that guide how people work together and make decisions — and you’ll experience these in practice:
- Thinking critically and improving how things are done, not just following instructions
- Making decisions based on data, not assumptions
- Communicating clearly and empathetically with internal partners
- Taking initiative and helping where it’s needed, even outside your “lane”
- Being open to feedback while having a strong drive to not only meet the targets, but to exceed them
In practice, this role gives you:
- A supportive, human Brno-based environment where you can grow with us
- Direct exposure to a successful global IT organization
- Clear expectations paired with trust and ownership
- Daily collaboration across countries and cultures
- A mix of hands-on support and meaningful projects
- Space to shape your own path as both companies continue to grow
This is a role for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to be part of something bigger.
Perks and benefits:
- 25 days of holiday
- Occasional work from home
- Free massage or physiotherapy appointment once per month
- Company and team events (online & offline)
Your hiring journey with us:
- Intro call with our recruiter in Brno
- Double Interview containing Technical and Non-technical parts with Mike and one of your colleagues
- Final interview
- Reference Check (3-4 references)
- Offer
