Senior Full Stack Engineer

Remote-friendly with regular in-person team days in Milan. Small team, high ownership, direct access to the CTO. We are a Claude Code shop and we use it extensively. Vibe coding is not our culture: every line ships with intent, and all code gets reviewed.

Cuebiq turns raw mobility data into measurement and advertising analytics products, without compromising user privacy. We’re hiring a Senior Full-stack Engineer to partner directly with Product and own the surfaces our customers actually use — from React/TypeScript frontend to Kotlin/Spring Boot backend to PostgreSQL data modeling.

What you’ll do:

• Ship user-facing features and own their implementation — push back on requirements that don’t add up.
• Lead frontend delivery: propose patterns, keep the UX bar high (loading states, error handling, accessibility).
• Build the backend APIs and data layer your features need, with full autonomy across the stack.
• Prototype, ship, measure, iterate based on real usage.
• Raise the quality bar through code review and engineering best practices.

What you bring:

• Proven product instinct — you’ve shipped product surfaces, not just internal tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with a modern component-based frontend framework (React + TypeScript strongly preferred).
• Solid backend experience in a strongly-typed language (we use Kotlin/Spring Boot).
• Comfort with relational databases and schema design (we use PostgreSQL).
• Fluent English — you’ll work closely with US-based product teams.

Nice to have:

• Figma/design sensibility.
• Direct Kotlin/Spring Boot/PostgreSQL experience.
• Micro-frontend patterns (single-spa).
• REST API design depth.
• Cloud-native/microservices experience.

Salary range: €40.000-€55.000
