We’re hiring a Senior Full-stack Engineer to partner directly with Product and own the surfaces our customers actually use — from React/TypeScript frontend to Kotlin/Spring Boot backend to PostgreSQL data modeling.
What you’ll do:
- Ship user-facing features and own their implementation — push back on requirements that don’t add up.
- Lead frontend delivery: propose patterns, keep the UX bar high (loading states, error handling, accessibility).
- Build the backend APIs and data layer your features need, with full autonomy across the stack.
- Prototype, ship, measure, iterate based on real usage.
- Raise the quality bar through code review and engineering best practices.
What you bring:
- Proven product instinct — you’ve shipped product surfaces, not just internal tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with a modern component-based frontend framework (React + TypeScript strongly preferred).
- Solid backend experience in a strongly-typed language (we use Kotlin/Spring Boot).
- Comfort with relational databases and schema design (we use PostgreSQL).
- Fluent English — you’ll work closely with US-based product teams.
Nice to have:
- Figma/design sensibility.
- Direct Kotlin/Spring Boot/PostgreSQL experience.
- Micro-frontend patterns (single-spa).
- REST API design depth.
- Cloud-native/microservices experience.
