About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Directed Content, Directed Content Analysts source and onboard experts for research projects. Analysts identify, recruit, and engage high‑quality experts across various industries, ensuring interviews align with project scopes and deliver valuable insights to our clients. For this role, we are looking for proficient Italian speakers (C1/C2 levels).
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research to identify the best‑fit experts for projects assigned by the Project Manager
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to refine project scopes during research and sourcing
- Reach out to prospects via email and LinkedIn
- Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and fit
- Document experts’ relevant experience in a clear and concise manner to facilitate rapid evaluation by Client Contributors
- Address expert questions and handle objections to maximize onboarding rates of high‑quality candidates
- Negotiate expert rates to minimize costs while aligning payment with the value of their insights
- Support scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors
- Monitor calls and troubleshoot any connectivity issues
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role that requires proactive outreach and evaluation
- Inquisitive, with a natural interest in learning and the ability to quickly spot patterns to identify the best experts for a research project
- Energetic, proven ability to manage fast turnaround projects and meet deadlines
- Organized, capable of handling and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail‑oriented, strong attention to detail in documenting core elements of an expert’s skills or experience
- Excellent communicator, regularly engaging with industry experts to learn their backgrounds and convey program details
- Goal‑oriented, motivated by delivering the best‑possible expert profiles to our Client Contributors quickly and efficiently
- Proficient in Italian (C1/C2 levels)
